Hey Folks!


Great work on todays WOD! There were a lot of box jumps done today… Approximately 1500 box jumps, 750 Sit ups and 375 Ring rows… if only I could harness that energy to pay the hydro bill.

FYI – The paleo potluck is going to be accompanied by a lecture by yours truly about the how and why of the paleo diet. It should do a good job of explaining the diet and dispelling some of the myths as to why it isn’t the best choice you can possibly make as far as what kinds of foods you put in your body.
