Hey Folks!

Great work today – it looked like a doozy.  The WOD is late… sorry – it’s been a busy day today.

Keep up the great work!  Make sure you choose your Tshirt size in your Catalyst Games receipt after you sign up.  You can also put whatever you want on the back of your shirt if you put it in comments.

Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 inch worms, 30 second squat hold, 10 hops, 10 dislocates

Accumulate 4 Minutes in an L-Sit (hanging from bar, on rings, on box, etc.)

For time:
1000m Row
30 HandStand Push Ups
1000m Run

Mobility:
Stretch – Calves, Shoulders, Lats, T-Spine
