Great work today – We’ve got a good crop of new Folks out!  They’re going to make some good CrossFitters!

Yoga is on tonight (Tuesday) get in there and get stretchy!

12 Minute AMRAP:
6 Chest to bar Pull ups
8 Hand release push ups
10 Jumping squats

Mobility:
Stretch – Lats & Pecs
Foam Roller – Quads
