Beautiful weekend – nice having you all out for some running and lifting. Getting reacquainted with the prowler was fun too – I’ll have to start involving that in some woods for you guys 😉

Caz completed the ride to conquer cancer this weekend! He rode 200+ km in 2 days. I’m willing to bet he did it in record time too. Congrats Caz! We’re all proud to call you our coach!

The “Doctored” movie screening at the Fraser Auditorium is this Thursday night! Let me know if you need tickets as I have some for sale. It’s an awesome movie and a great look at some alternative health care options (including Chiropractic). Well made and should be a great event!
