This weekend there are some awesome regionals going on – footage will be aired on the games website (games.crossfit.com) – Check it out if you have the time between friday to sunday.

Warm up

2 Rounds – Pendlay Row hold – 30 seconds, 10 presses, 5 good mornings, 5 back squats.  All with the empty bar.

E2M-10 (Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes):
5 Front Squats @ 70%

8 Minute AMRAP:
12 Wall Ball
30 second plank

Mobility:
Stretch – Lats, Quads
Foam roll – Quads
