Hey Folks!

Beauty Back Squats today – I feel like it’s been too long since I’ve seen you guys with a barbell on your back… We’ll make sure to be back squatting more frequently from now on.

I’m taking orders for sizes for Sweaters (we’re going with zip ups I believe, I’m still working on which brand we get). Write your name and size request on the whiteboard and I’ll keep you in mind when I put in the order!

Warm up

Split Jerk – 10 sets of 2 @ 75-80% of your max clean
* Rest 1 minute between sets

5 Rounds for time (Using 1 barbell with 95% of your 1RM Press):
9 Deadlifts
6 Hang squat cleans
3 Lunges (with the barbell in the rack position)
1 Strict Press
Rest 1 Minute

Stretch – Shoulders & Pecs
