Nice deads today. The wod was not easy, but it’s great to see how much you’ve all improved on the toes to bar.

Warm up

Squat clean 2-2-2-2-2

5 rounds for time:
200m run with a medicine ball
20 wall ball

Stretch – calves & forearm flexors
