Great work on setting some PRs on the Press, and Everyone needs to know that Cam pressed 225 today. Yeah… that happened.

Great work on Fran – She’s a real mean lady.

This weekend will be lots of fun – Expect something a little longer! Also – Yoga this Sunday from 12:30-1:30 with Lisa – the class is pretty close to full – so let me know if you’ll be coming!
