Overhead Squat
• 5-5-5-3-3-3

6 Rounds for time:
• 5 Push Press (135#/83#)
• 15 situps

Stretch:
• Thoracic extension and shoulder extension

Stabilize:
• Plank – 1 minute
• Side plank – 1 minute each side
