CrossFit Sudbury – 05072016

Hey Friends!

Nice paused Front Squats!  We’re into a bit of a squat cycle and strength phase for now, while also keeping the crossfitty flavour infused into things.  Today is another long EMOM followed by a shorter AMRAP.  Both have some burpees in them (you’re welcome).

Did you see they released Murph as a games event again?  Pretty crazy!  It’ll be neat to see if the athletes are able to PR and also not get heat stroke this year.  Redemption for Annie too!

3 Burpees
6 Kettlebell swings (70/50/35)


Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
25 double-unders
5 burpee bar muscle-ups (Scale to 8 burpee + jumping pull ups)
