Well that WOD looked a little more difficult in person than it did on paper haha.  You guys persevered and did great!

Congrats to Shannon K for crushing 213 reps in Fight Gone Bad and joining the rest of us crazy folks in classes starting on Thursday!  Make sure you welcome her the best way you know how!
