I heard you all rekindled your love for rowing today – You’re welcome ๐Ÿ˜‰

The new place is looking great! I’m avoiding posting pics because I want to just show off the finished product to the world – but after the reveal, I’ll post process pics.

If you’d like to help out the more the merrier, even just a little, come by the old gym at 10am and pick up some stuff and bring it to the new gym ๐Ÿ™‚ easy peasy haha.

Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 lunges, 5 jumping squats, 10 dislocates, 30 second russian baby maker

Back Squat 5-5-3-3-1-1-1

1 Minute at each station for max reps – 3 rounds:
slam balls
Push press (95#/65#)
Burpees

Stretch – Quads/Psoas, Pecs & Shoulders
