Coaches Notes:

Snatch practice!  Keep that bar close to the body and lift those feet!

Strength:

5 sets
2 hang squat snatch
3 power snatch (from the ground) (touch & go)

Conditioning – “I heard you like burpees…”

5 rounds of 2 minutes with 1 minute rest between each round
-10 Overhead squats (155/105)
-max reps bar facing burpees

Score is total burpees completed
