Hey Folks!

Awesome weekend and even better Christmas Party!  We definitely have the best members ever (AND their awesome kids!)   Thanks to everyone who contributed and who came out to have some fun!

It’s December now!  Crazy, right?  Let’s make it an amazing month of training and insulate ourselves a little bit before the holidays and family get together (and all the eating that comes with it!)

Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 dislocates, 10 spiderman lunges, 10 band pull aparts, 10 tuck jumps

Press 3×8 @ 55-60%

8 Minute AMRAP:
8 Kettlebell Swings
16 Double unders

Stretch – Glutes, Hamstrings, Forearms, Pecs
Foam Roll – Quads, T-Spine,
