Hey Folks!

I hope You all had a fantastic Thanksgiving!  It was nice to get out to see my family and have Thanksgiving with them – Thanks to James and Eric for covering the gym!

Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 dislocates, 10 Overhead squats, 10 Spiderman lunges, 10 inch worms

Back Squats  3×5 @70%

4 Rounds for time:
25 Overhead walking lunges
25 Sit ups

Stretch – Glutes, Hamstrings, Quads
Foam Roll – T-spine
