Hey Folks!

So, 6 people did Fran today. Some more voluntarily than others. Congrats to their PRs, and to their devotion to celebrating Birthdays the right way.

Only a couple more days until the next open WOD is posted. WHO’s excited??? This guy is (and I’m pretty sure you guys are too).

We’re getting settled into the new gym and it’s a beautiful thing. I love this place and I’m so happy to have you guys out. Invite your friends, bring your mom, the more the merrier. We need to change even more lives. When was the last time you were excited to train and work hard? Exactly. People need to experience what our gym has to offer.

Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 Reverse dislocates, 10 squats, 10 push up plus, 10 band pulls

Press 3×5 @ 70%

Tabata – 4 Minutes of 20sec on 10sec off at each station:
