Hey Folks!

Great workout this weekend! It was awesome having so many people out and seeing you guys crush WODs like they’re nothing.

31-ish days until the open! Let’s train smart and train hard and kick some butt during the open this year!

Warm up

2 rounds – 4 Spider-Man lunges, 5 overhead squats, 10 band pull aparts, 5 jumping squats

Back Squat 3×5 @70%

12 minute AMRAP:
12 kettlebell swings
6 lengths farmers carry (3/hand)
12 burpees

Stretch – forearm flexors, glutes & pecs
