Hey Folks!

You guys did great today – good old press always makes you feel weak… although I like presses, they make me feel awesome…just saying.

This weekend is Thanksgiving weekend, in case you didn’t know – so, things are going to be a little wonky for the next few days…

HOURS:

Friday: We’re open for classes at 6am, 7am and 12 noon, as well as the afternoon open gym (2-6pm). We’re CLOSED from 8am-12noon and evening classes (6PM & 7PM)

Saturday, Sunday and Monday we are OPEN 9AM-11AM. Mike Laporte will be running the gym. He’s a beauty so treat him nice… And ask him for pointers on cleaning up your technique.

Awesome. I hope you have a wicked good weekend and I hope you all know that I’m thankful for you guys, you make my job what it is, and for that, I’m appreciative.

Warm up

7 sets of 2 Front Squats @ 80% followed immediately by 3 box jumps (onto a high box)

20 burpee buy in and then…

3 Rounds for time:
3 position Snatch + 2 Overhead squats
1 minute plank
1 minute rest

20 burpee cash out

Stretch – Everything you can think of.
