Good times!  Loving the lower rep ranges. That will change a little today, though 15 isn’t too bad 🙂

Coaches Notes:

You should be able to sprint these rounds.  If you’re slogging instead of sprinting, scale the reps or the weight or both.  It will give you a better workout that way.  5 minutes is TONNES of rest, so give it a complete effort each round then lay on the ground for 3.5 minutes and then get ready for 1.5 minutes to do it 2 more times.
