CrossFit Sudbury – 12092018 – What’s all that churning and bubbling?


Hey Folks!

Wednesday is going to be a good day!  Hope you all enjoyed the pseudo-sprint of Tuesdays workout – it wasn’t easy that’s for sure!  Looked WAY easier on paper… those deceiving workouts…

A few new things in the clinic/gym:

  • BIG pink drink (though not the pink flavour) – 100 servings instead of 45.  $95 tax in. 🙂
  • There was some Sports Greens (also from Biosteel) – though they sold out quickly (we only had 3).  I’ll be ordering more though!
  • Vitamin D drops and tablets (for folks who don’t want the drops)
  • Medical foods.  Sounds fancy, but they’re supplements that have specific formulations that are guaranteed pure, guaranteed to have what’s on the label, and of the absolute highest quality.  There are different formulas, for helping with certain things.  If you feel like you could benefit from some supplemental support and would rather drink a shake than take pills, let me know!  I have been taking one every day and can say I feel awesome since I started (4-5 weeks ago).

Coaches Notes:

How much ya bench?  Grab a bro (or sister? is that a thing?  I always assumed “bro” was unisex in the gym setting) and bench some plates for 5 reps.  Then attack this beauty WOD.  It’s a little longer, so plan your sets/reps and get after it.

36 DB Snatch (50/35 – Alternating)
36 V-UPS
36 Handstand Push ups
36 DB goblet squat (50/35)*
