Partner WOD!  Todays workout looked a little mean – but you guys are going to be glad you spent this much time working on chest to bar pull ups when the open rolls around (whenever it is).

Coaches Notes:

My favourite CF WOD.  With a partner, this would be even more fun as you can “sprint” through each round.  Scale things to a degree that you can continue to move.  We’re looking for continuous movement more than we’re looking for perfect execution of these difficult movements.
