Coaches Notes:

Practice your snatch (big finish, pull under).  Then go hard on the WOD, you’ve got all week to recover.

1 Power Snatch + 1 Snatch @50-70%

30 air squats
20 push ups
10 pull ups
5 Handstand push ups
