CrossFit Sudbury – 29012018 – “Egg Salad & Tuna Melt”

Hey Folks!

Great weekend over… again!  How does that always happen so quickly?  This week we’ve got my talk on Tuesday night about popular diets in the media, “Keto, Paleo, Low-Carb, Mediterranean, etc.” which are appropriate, when, and which one would win if they all had to battle to the death.

THEN, we also have the pond hockey tourney this coming weekend, where Team CFSuds is going to smash the competition and get called up to the majors.  Either that or they’ll have a blast and get cheered on like they’re in the majors.

Coaches Notes:

Give’r on both parts of this workout. You’ll likely want to break up the toes to bar and/or push jerks early so that you aren’t hanging on the bar for a long time, or standing around with the barbell for a long time. Heavier versions than usual on the second piece, so compose yourself/rest between movements, then hit them unbroken. 5 Minutes rest between the two parts 🙂

15 Wallballs (30/20)
