Hope you guys had a great weekend – Not a bad weekend to get outside and party, or skate/ski/fish/snowmobile/make a snowman/eat snow/walk Lucky.

Hope today was awesome (I wasn’t in the gym), and yesterday was an arm blaster for sure.  It was fun though!

Coaches Notes:

Goal is to get uncomfortable – and move well in part 1. Part 2 is more or less the same movements, but with speed. Keep up great form, but step on the gas a bit.
