Where would you go to get drinks in Nanaimo??? 😉

Good work today!  Nice to get the practice in with some heavier snatches in a WOD.  The Open is coming, and so is our “intramurals” – A friendly competition where each week someone gets voted off the island.  Just kidding about that last bit – I wonder if we can incorporate some Survivor stuff in there.

Coaches Notes:

Spend some time working to a weight you can do the 6 push jerks unbroken. At least for the first round or two. Ideally no more than 2 sets on the push jerks. I’d suggest quick singles for the power cleans.
