Hey Folks!

Great weekend!  I hope you had fun enjoying the ridiculous weather and getting some workouts in it.  Caz & Janna got SO married on Saturday – definite PR on their part.  Congrats to them! 🙂

So keep an eye out for some hints about the Battle Beyond the Barbell WODs coming this weekend.  We’re getting everything sorted out and it’s going to be an AWESOME day.  Remember, friends and family are encouraged to come out and watch/enjoy some sausages/cheer, etc.  Do it.

Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 Dislocates, 10 OH squats, 10 hops, 10 tuck jumps


Back Squat 2×5

Kettlebell Swings 2×15

AMRAP-10 Minutes:
5 Deadlifts
10 Wall Ball
30 Double Unders OR 90 skips



2 EMOM-10 @65% (aim for perfect form)

Drop Snatch
3×2 *2min REST between sets

AMRAP-10 Minutes:
5 Deadlifts 155/105
10 Wall Balls 20/14
30 Double Unders

Stretch – Forearms, glutes, hamstrings
