Hey Folks!

I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and got to hang out with family and/or friends – It’s a good time of year both for being thankful for what we have, as well as for setting goals.

Hours are back to normal tomorrow AND Yoga is scheduled for tomorrow night!  Sign up and get your yoga on!

Warm up

5 Sets of 1 High Hang Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat
– Increase weight each set
– 2 Minutes rest between each set
* This should be getting close to most of your 1 rep max snatches

3 Rounds for max reps:
1 minute Hand Stand Push ups, Rest 20 seconds
1 Minute Front Squats, Rest 20 seconds
1 Minute Pull ups, Rest 20 seconds

Stretch – Quads/Psoas & Pecs
