Hey Folks!

Beauty Clean and Jerks today as well as some solid times on the WOD. The front squat volume will help with getting out of the bottom of a clean in the future.

Keep up the awesome efforts and bring in your friends (or bring in even more of them, the ones that are already coming are awesome!)

Warm up

15 Minutes to work up to a maximum 3 rep Power Clean (no resting between the 3 reps)

3 Rounds:
10 press, rest 30 seconds
10 weighted chest to bar pull ups, rest 30 seconds
20 step ups* with your press bar (on your back), rest 30 seconds
10 Kettlebell Swings, rest 30 seconds

*10 each leg

Stretch – Shoulders, Pecs & Hamstrings
