I’ve been educating people on their health, performance and longevity for over 5 years now, and have helped everyone from Grandmas to Elite athletes. Movement is an integral part of remaining healthy, happy individuals, and while many believe it’s simply for those trying to, “stay in shape”, it will help improve the health of anyone willing to take it up. it doesn’t matter if your goal is to make it to the NHL, or if it is to being able to go for a walk on your own, we’re all headed the same direction on the same road – And it helps to know the way. That’s why people like me exist.

I’ve been a practicing Physiotherapist for over 6 years and have been involved with various sports since I was old enough to play! CrossFit has provided me with opportunities to push myself and be in the best shape of my life. I am doing things now that I never thought I would or could do! I love passing that on to my students and seeing the look on their faces when they accomplish a new skill or achieve a new goal!
Coach & Gym Manager
I have been training with Adam since he opened in Sudbury, back in 2011. I started originally with the goal of finding a training program that was a little more exciting than the typical fare offered at the “Globo Gyms”. I was hooked pretty quickly, loving the physical and mental tests we overcome. I have always included Yoga as part of my training regimen and continue to do so – if you have any questions about it, let me know and I’ll steer you in the right direction. Providing the right coaching at the right time and we’ll improve your health, fitness and happiness!
Coach & Kids Coach
I’ve been training with Adam since the VERY beginning and have personally seen how this program can make someone strong, healthy and happy. Learning how to pass those benefits on to my students has been a very rewarding experience. In addition to being a Teacher in Sudbury, I have completed extra training in order to offer Kids classes at our School of Fitness. Getting kids moving properly in their early years will help insulate them from injury, AND improve their performance in sport AND school. And all that happens while they’re building healthyhabits around physical activity that they’ll have for a lifetime.
