CrossFit Sudbury – 18082017 – CinDT

Hey Folks!

7 rounds would have been too many.  Thank goodness that was only 6 rounds haha.  Super fun though.  Hope you’re loving the week – Next up we’ve got CinDT, which we’ve done in the past – but I’m not sure when 🙁

Either way, it’s going to be fun.  Might be worth taping your thumbs, and wearing some grips.

Coaches Notes:

This is mostly a “just keep moving” workout.  Depending on how you’re feeling – it’s only 1 round of DT at a time, so you may want to try to do it unbroken if you’re feeling fresh.  If not, don’t sweat it, just try not to waste time staring at the bar.  Stay classy on those push ups too – no one is falling for the saggy t-shirt trick.  Just sayin’.

Conditioning – “CinDT”:

AMRAP 20 mins: 2 Rounds Of Cindy and Round Of DT
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
12 deadlifts (155/105)
9 hang power cleans (155/105)
6 jerks (155/105)
