Tomorrow/Today is the last “mean” WOD for the week, after that it’ll still be challenging, but in a different way.  You’re going to love it 😉

Make sure you get the XMas party in your schedule (Dec. 10 at 6pm at the Copper Cliff Curling Club [whoa alliteration!]), it’s going to be great.

Strength:

Every Minute for 10 Minutes:
ODD – 8 single arm bench per arm
EVEN – 10 hollow rocks

Pair up with someone to share benches/weights.

Metcon – Focused Funishment:

For time:
100 Burpees*
*Stop each minute to perform a full snatch @60%
