Made it to Toronto (I’m in Toronto for a course this weekend)!  Sorry the WOD is up late (though Train Heroic will have them at 8pm each night).  I’m not going to write much because I want to go to sleep and it’s midnight.

Every Minute for 10 Minutes:
ODD – 8 Bench Press @60%
EVEN – 8 Supermans (1-2 second hold at top)

Metcon – “Apple’s Hardcore!”

27 Burpees
45 Sit ups
21 Burpee
39 Sit ups
15 Burpees
33 Sit ups
