Nice sprint and “easy” start to the week – I think you guys might have less sore legs this week… though we’ll see 😉

Jackie!  An awesome benchmark – drop the empty bar and you will be sacrificed to the crossfit gods.  You are allowed to drop the bar if you’re finished the thrusters in under 3:30 total running time.  If you drop the bar otherwise you will be banished to the negative zone.  I imagine you guys are picking up that dropping the empty barbells is now allowed, right?
