CrossFit Sudbury – 17102016 – Aerobic Capacity

Hey Friends!

Great weekend!  Thanks to everyone that came out for our 5 year anniversary – special thanks to all those folks that have been with us for 5 years now too!

Hopefully you guys got out and enjoyed the amazing weather today – unreal how warm it was!


Every Minute for up to 15 Minutes:
1 Power Clean & Jerk @75%
3 Knees to Elbows
6 Walking lunges with a weight (DBs, KBs, Barbell, Sandbag, etc.)

If you can’t keep up, treat it as a slow AMRAP 🙂


10 Minutes for max distance.  Choose your weapon of choice (aka Rower or Airdyne, Double unders is really hard so it’s probably not the best choice unless your calves are doing great), and stick with the same movement for the full 10 Minutes.***
