CrossFit Sudbury – 16092016 – “Saggy push ups are for punks”

Damn that looked like such a beauty WOD.  but chipping ceramic tiles and tearing out a vanity is pretty much the same thing, right?  A Garbage can full of ceramic is HEAVY… so there’s the deadlifts and at least? 😉  Even though it’s “active” work, it just isn’t the same as throwing down with you fine folks.

little reminder about Open gym on Sunday being from 10-1 this weekend!  You’ll know if you happen to show up at 9am and are greeted by a bunch of small children.
