Friday!  Boom-Pow! We’ll be open on Labour day just 10am-12noon thanks to Coach Lisa!  I’m going to be in the clinic a lot this weekend doing Reno’s with my Dad – sorry about the mess ahead of time 🙂

Atrium of Pain!  Some of you may have done it during Fundamentals!  Now it’s time to PR.  Get after it.  Running technique is going to matter here, so dial it in and use those hamstrings.
