CrossFit Sudbury – 18082016 – Tabata Legs


Hey Friends!

That WOD looked AWESOME.  I’m going to keep that one in the books for a bit.  So the rain never came, but it was muggy and a half.  Oh well – still better than slush or snow.

Some of our girls are running in the MudMoiselle this weekend at Adanac – Thanks for being awesome and running/getting muddy for a great cause!  our members never stop amazing me with their involvement in the community and general awesomeness.

Strength:

Every Minute for 7 Minutes:
8 Bench Press
8 Ring Rows

Stamina:

3 Minutes of Max Burpees

Metcon – “Tabata Legs”:

Tabata:
Squats
Kettlebell Swings (70/50/35)

8 intervals straight of squats, and then 8 intervals straight of KBSwings (eye height).
