CrossFit Sudbury – 16082016 – Mini-Nancy

Hey Friends!

Great work today!  It was a repeat WOD that we did June 9th, (not the 6th, sorry).  Not sure about everyone else, but I know Brittney PR’d by 25 reps!  Not too shabby!

I’m pretty sure we’ve done Mini-Nancy in the somewhat recent past, but I’m not sure when – we’ve done lots of variations, as it’s a pretty fun WOD 🙂

Strength:

Every 90 seconds for 7 rounds (10.5 total minutes):
3 Position Power Snatch (hips, knees, floor)
3 strict pull ups (or 1 Muscle up)

Metcon – “Nancy”:

3 rounds for time:
400 meter run
15 Overhead squat 95/65/Front Squats
