CrossFit Sudbury – 10082016 – “Hope”

Hey Friends!

Sooooo, how did it go?  Did you find that next gear?  Were you able to sneak in some extra reps?  Hopefully!  Either way you got a great workout in, so THAT’s good news 🙂

Have you been watching the olympics?  Tia-Clair Toomey competed and finished 13th (I believe) in the 58kg division!  That doesn’t SOUND amazing, but imagine you were the second best pitcher in Major League Baseball and then you were ALSO a starting QB in the NFL.  That doesn’t happen (excluding Bo Jackson and Deion Sanders, other phenomenal athletes).  SO crazy.  Almost like how you can start out doing CrossFit and then realize you’re good at rowing and try it out, and then go to paralympics (Go Curtis go!) a few years later.

For the rest of us, who probably aren’t going to the olympics, we might as well still have a blast while we train, right?
