CrossFit Sudbury – 05082016 – Enduro-Bear

Soooo hot, such a good WOD.  very much inspired by Ben Bergeron’s “Open Test” and the Open WOD 14.4.  We’ll be redo-ing that one in a month or two

ANOTHER beauty on tap for tomorrow.  There’s running planned, but if that doesn’t work out (due to rain/thunderstorms) you can sub in a 500m Row, or 30 burpees 😉

Strength:

Spend 12 Minutes working up to an Overhead Squat 3 rep max.  This will hopefully be close to your Snatch 1RM.

Metcon – “Enduro-Bear”:

3 Rounds for time:
400m Run/500m Row/30 burpees
5x Bear Complex (Deadlift + hang power clean + Front Squat + Push Press + Back Squat + Push Press) @50% of your Clean & Jerk 1RM
