1/2 Glen went DOWN.  Apparently it was 3 years ago we did the full version!  Took a little bit longer though haha.  Last day tomorrow to get your picks in to Lisa for the Pool.  We’re closing in on 20 people, which would be awesome, so let your coach know if you want in on it and we’ll set you up with a picks sheet and get your $10 added to the pot.

Strength:

Every 45 seconds for 12 Minutes (16 total intervals – 8 sets of each thing):
Odd Intervals – 3 Presses + 2 Push Presses + 1 Jerk
Even Intervals – 20 Double Unders OR Double under practice & single skipping

Wall Balls (20/14/10)
Slam Balls (30/20/10)
