Hey Friends!

ohhhh yeah, that was sweaty and a half!  It’s Thursday and we’ve got some beauty training planned for you guys.  1 and 1/4 squats are making their appearance and strengthening your positioning through those typical sticking points.  Then we’ve got a bit of a grinder with 1/2  “Glen”.  If you really want a fast time on the WOD, you’ll need to get through those burpees fairly quickly.  That’s where the difference maker will be.

Strength:

Every Minute for 10 Minutes:
2x 1+1/4 Front Squats @60%

Metcon:

1/2 “Glen” for time:
135/95/65 pound Clean and jerk, 15 reps
Run 800m
15 foot Rope climb, 5 ascents
Run 800m
50 Burpees
