CrossFit Sudbury – 08072016

Hey Friends!

Great work today with the pistols, handstand push ups and a boatload of toes to bar!  This week is full of doozies 🙂

Tomorrow will be a bit of a lung burner, and some solid Power Clean and Jerk practice.  We’re doing more power cleaning lately to help encourage maximum extension in elevating the bar, and then separating the squats out into front and back.  SO, stay BACK in those heels and finish HARD to elevate the bar, then drive those elbows through fast.  It’s SO easy 😉  The WOD a little hybrid of Fran and Annie – which will definitely tax the lungs, and challenge mental strength to power through those thrusters.
