Good times – Partner WODs for the win, eh?  Many times it’s a great way to increase your training intensity a little as well as have a little extra fun.  I’d try to ensure you aren’t always pairing up with the same person, as it’s a great way to spend some quality time with someone you maybe don’t know super well.  Good old shared suffering.
