Hey Friends!

Great work today – super impressed with the strong efforts and even some PRs!  You guys have been putting in the hard work and it’s paying off.  Keep up the great work and remember that your rest days are just as important as your training days.  Michele Letendre put up a good post on the instagram explaining how her rest days allow her to hit her training days harder, with more focus and intensity (which means she benefits from them more!)  You don’t have to lay in bed on those days either, you can go for a paddle, a hike, walk, bike ride, swim, etc. etc. or you can even just come in to work on skills/mobility/other low intensity stuff.
