Great weekend Everybody 🙂 You guys did great on each of the WODs this weekend and there was some awesome energy in the gym!  Hopefully you’re Feeling great, and got some decent food and rest in ya – because we’ve got some heavy back squats on the menu for tomorrow!  Like I mentioned before, you’ve put in the work and it’s time for a 1 rep max, but if you aren’t feeling up to it/don’t care to max out your back squat, just work up to something heavy and do a couple reps there.  Or if you’re not feeling it at all, save it for Tuesday!  We’re a little flexible about it all.
