Hey Friends!

We’re halfway though April – closing in a being a third through the year.  Do you have friends or family that gave up on their new years resolutions a month or two ago?  Did they buy in to a “get fit quick” program designed to burn them out and push them into unsustainable levels of physical activity or dietary restrictions?  Would they benefit from learning about how steady progressions, intelligent eating and the pursuit of mastery can help their lives expand into more awesomeness than they knew was possible?  Please let them/us know if you know anyone interested in checking out the gym or meeting with a coach.  As many of you know, it could be one of the better decisions they make!
