Helen!  I don’t know about you, but I PR’d my Helen today!  🙂 It was a battle and my forearms were useless for a little while, but it’s still a favourite of mine.

Battle Beyond the Barbell!  Get signed up!  CrossFit Timmins is coming out!  CrossFit Genetic Potential (Manitoulin) is coming out!  Looks like Elite Training in Espanola is coming out!  Let’s get our teams in so we can show them what CrossFit Sudbury is all about (Fun, Family and Good quality training!)

Warm up
