2 Rounds – Bear Crawl 1 length, Inch worm 1 length, 10 band pull aparts, 30 second squat hold

Front Squat 5×2 @80%

50 Slam Ball

LaX Ball – Pecs
Foam Roll – Calves, T-Spine
