Hey Folks!

SO… that was a little more challenging 🙂 That’s awesome though because we’ll all be fitter now.

This weekend Eric, Lisa and Caz will be taking care of you guys. Be nice (you always are) and work your butts off!

Warm up

2 Rounds – 30 second hollow rock, 30 second superman, 10 squats, 10 spiderman lunges

Back Squat 4×2 @85%

8 Minute AMRAP:
200m Run
8 Push ups
2 lengths Plate carry (in gym)
8 Plate squats

Mobility:
Stretch – Pecs, Glutes, Quads
Foam Roll – T-spine
